Labor Preparation
SUPPORT, RELAX, PREPARE
Preparation for labor is crucial. During labor prep sessions we will focus on deep relaxation to increase oxytocin release that encourages labor to occur naturally when mother and baby are ready.
This treatment will include a combination of specialist bodywork techniques, acupuncture, acupressure and moxibustion to promote the release of birthing hormones, encourage proper fetal positioning and ripening of the cervix and create space in the hips, allowing you to feel open and more physically prepared for birthing your baby.
